Hello, I just wanted to ask if anyone knew how long a Levy was actionable for? Can a bailliff do a levy which is then forever? Or do they expire after, say 12 months? Thanks in advance if anyone knows and can help

I'm sorry I have absolutely no idea, but will bump this up the page and hopefully someone who knows will be along soon.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
