It looks like this company is based in the States, but UK is in the drop down box when you fill out the request form

Edited to add: Sorry people, since I posted this freebie on Saturday they have obviously been inundated with requests, and have now added shipping charges to their freebies, which obviously doesn't make this a freebie anymore :eek:
