Taking place at Birmingham's NIA on 19 February, the Aviva Grand Prix is your chance to see some of the UK's finest athletic talents in action in the run-up to London 2012.

Terms & conditions

1. This competition is open to all persons who are aged 16 years or over and resident in the UK, excluding the employees of SPAR UK Limited and UKA, their families, agents, sister companies or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. To enter the competition (“the Promotion”), entrants must login or register and complete their details on the ‘Win tickets to the Aviva Grand Prix!’ page at https://www.spar.co.uk and submit online thereto.
3. The competition is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person.
4. By entering this competition, individuals will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions on the website and be bound by them and by any other requirements in promotional material.
5. The prize: There will be two winners, who will each win a pair of tickets to attend the Aviva Grand Prix in Birmingham on 19 February 2011. Prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and travel and expenses are not included.
6. This prize is subject to availability. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to avoid disappointing entrants.
7. The final closing date for entries is midnight on 15 February, 2011. The draw for the winners will take place without delay.
8. The winners will be the first two entries to be randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all the submissions received by the closing date (the “Winners”).
9. The adjudicator’s decision is final in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winners will be notified in writing or by telephone within 1 working day of the draw using the e-mail address entrants registered with.
10. No cash or other alternatives to the prize are available; the prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and the prize must be claimed by the person named on the official winning entry submission within 1 day of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period shall lead to the prize being forfeited and entitle the Promoter to redraw another winner without liability.
11. Events may occur that render the event itself or awarding the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result thereof. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value should this prove necessary.
12. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter or its agents for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, completed or delayed computer transmission which affect entrants’ ability to enter the prize draw or for any other reason beyond its control.
13. The winners may be required to participate in such unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
14. Acceptance of these terms and conditions and promotional instructions is a condition of entry.
