When you go on your account does it show that the ones you wanted were out of stock?
I had a text saying 1 part of my order is temporarily unavailable (2 x pj pack). When i checked my order online, my free item which is a single pair of bottoms was out of stock.
Bit annoyed because that means I'm only getting 1 out of the 3 items yet they've taken the full amount out of my account!0 -
No my account still shows the items I originally ordered, as does the delivery note. When I placed the order one of the pairs (wild thing pjs) was going to be delayed for delivery till the 22nd (but came today). The temporarily unavailable one might still come for you, as mine has done. Regarding the oos one, might be worth ringing and asking for a different pair? Or does it say oos temporarily? Please God, help me stop spending!0

No it just says OOS and they've credited me with £0 as it was my free one. Bit annoyed really.0
