Can anyone tell me if when filling in an income and expenditure form for County court do i have to put joint income on form if the debt is not a joint debt?.My wife and i have 3 children and i am on income support.My wife gets child benefit but i dont.She also gets carers allowance.I have also been told i dont need to put my DLA down as it is counted is this the case?

Hello, they will count you and your wife's income together, so you must out hers down aswell. If you have any worries or quiries ring the court on Monday0

The N9A form does not ask for your partners income, so you do not have to put it down.
It does ask you how much you receive from anyone else in the household, but that is not the same as putting their total income.
It asks for:
"Others living in my home give me"
NOT
