Any keen cooks out there who can help?

I've been googling round unsuccessfully - looking for a residential 5-7 day vegetarian cookery course somewhere in Britain that is set in nice countryside.
As there are a lot of keen cooks on Old Style - all suggestions welcome as to where I might find a short holiday that would meet those requirements please..:)
I started by looking up "alternative holidays" and got nowhere - so moved onto looking up the Cordon Vert Cookery School (ditto - as their courses only seem to be 1/2 day ones).
So I'm pretty open to different ideas as to what and where (could be anywhere pretty much from hippie commune to posh manorhouse..) - as long as its vegetarian and I'm in that nice countryside setting. Just fancy learning something new and having a countryside break..:)
