hi,
all debts are in MY name only (from previous) but when working out my income/outgoings etc do i have to include my partners income details?
id rather my partner not have to use his wages to pay off my debt, but oviously we do live together as a couple - although we are not married.
thanks

Hi Gnomie,
I think the debt collectors would obviously like your partners income to be included, but check on the consumer credit counselling service website to see if you can find out or alternatively, contact them on Monday. If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
