question about DMP.... (income details)

hi,
all debts are in MY name only (from previous) but when working out my income/outgoings etc do i have to include my partners income details?
id rather my partner not have to use his wages to pay off my debt, but oviously we do live together as a couple - although we are not married.
thanks :)

    Hi Gnomie,

I think the debt collectors would obviously like your partners income to be included, but check on the consumer credit counselling service website to see if you can find out or alternatively, contact them on Monday.
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

    £2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!

  • Im on a DMP with CCCS and i live with my partner and all i had to include was the amount of money my partner gave me towards the bills, i told them my partner pays for all his stuff and i pay for mine and my daughters.

They were fine with this :D
    CCCS DMP paperwork sent 30/11/10
    1st payment starts 10th January :T
    Total unsecured debt 12500 _pale_
hopefully paid off in 5 years :)
