I'll list the comp specific terms next.

1. Competition closes at midday on Friday 11 February 2011.
2. Prize is publication of your Valentine's message on Friday 11 or Monday 14 February and one of three incredible holidays.
3. Three winners will be chosen from all entries received, first winner chosen from entries received by midday on Thursday 10 February (and notified by 13.00 the same day) second and third winners chosen from all entries received by midday on Friday 11 February (and notified by 13.00 the same day).
4. Winning entrants are those deemed by judges as most original and romantic Valentine's message.
5. Only one entry per person. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. By submitting your entry you agree to grant Metro a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your entry worldwide and/or to incorporate your entry in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the entry.
7. By submitting your entry to the competition, you:
i) warrant that your work is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libellous; and that it does not violate the right of privacy or publicity of any third party;
ii) agree to indemnify Metro against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of the above warranty;
iii) agree to waive any moral rights in your work for the purposes of its submission to, and publication by, Metro and the purposes specified above.
8. By submitting an entry entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules, including the specific rules below, and to agree to be bound by them. Anyone who is found to be in breach of these rules faces immediate removal from the competition. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
9. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of our receipt of your entry.

Hawaii Prize Terms & Conditions

Prize includes:

(a) Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception.
(b) Driver must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean drivers licence for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
(c) Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner's choice) with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis. At least one guest must be over the age of 21.
(d) Flight to last approximately 45 minutes. Flights are subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. Passengers must not exceed 250lbs/113kg/17st per person or will be charged for an additional seat, which is payable at the winners own expense.
(e) Cruise to last approximately 2 hours. Includes a 5 course a la carte meal (including lobster and steak), 3 premium cocktails, tea and coffee and private table seating with window view.
