Wilsons demand £100.000

Fergus is in the local Kent papers again.

He is chasing Ashford Council for £100.000 for allowing an appartment block to be built too near to one of his properties. He is claiming 'diminshment of value' and say's he was completely unaware of the original planning application.

He said " These flats are too close to my houses and it is overpowering, I have lost money"

Double whammy for Fungus Wilson - More property available for people to buy, and the appartments are close to part of his "empire".

If Fungus believes his own hype, why doesn't he buy the appartment block ?

Should have spent more time managing his 'business' than at the gee-gees or doing interviews for the press. Would have seen the paperwork .... not that he'd have probably been able to object.

Anyone got a link to any kind of online reference to this? I can't find anything.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

    Best link I can find

    http://kentonline.newspaperdirect.com/epaper/viewer.aspx

Click on Kentish Express, Ashford & District.

Click picture gallery to the right of the paper.

Go to the second page and click on his mug shot.
