Default, Phonce call, DD/Cheque reversal and letter charges

Hi all,

fishing in the dark a little here as i have had a look about on here and the CAG site but cant find any infomation. I am wondering what the situation is with recovering any of the above mentioned charges. I have a loan with Blackhorse my fiance has one with Welcome and we have both been charged previosley for some of the above. I was under the impression that we could claim some of these back. (credit card charges are similar)

Any help appreciated!!
