I was thinking that if I showed at least some of these evidence to HR they might consider putting less lies to ET otherwise I will spent most of my time to correct their lies instead of putting my side if story. Having seen their Lawyers it seems company is more interested in comlicating the case.

More I am doing research in Employment Tribunal more worrying picture is appearing. Apparently there is no "Equality of Arms" in the ET. Employers prefer to spend hundered of thousand to send QCs to crush employees and teach them lesson instead of settling or solving the problems.
It also appears that most of Emplyment Tribunal Chairpersons feel intimidated by these high flying QCs. Most of the ET chairperson apparently are not fair due to their links.

Statistics speaks for itself as for any category of ET cases only less than 5% are ever successful.

What did you do to get a serious warning? And why did you leave? Were you bullied?

    Spill the beans!

    Good luck

yes I was bullied but most of the things are their words against mine EXCEPT the bundle of things I got in an illegal way to show they r bullies.
I threatened company to go to TV, Newspaper but they have counter-threatened me to publicize my warning in media which will have very adverse effect for rest of my life. Though they never gave me a written warning ever.

Fault is mine as well I tried to fight the system instead of milking it. One of my colleague in exactly the same situation like me milked the system and is not at least SIX FIGURES better off than me and with bright future.
I REGRET NOW THAT I WAS HONEST

How did they bully you? I am interested from the social and not legal aspect.

How did it start? WHat did they do? How did you feel and how did it end for you? Why did they pick on you?

It would be interesting for other people to know how these things start and what form they take, then we can spot the characteristics of workplace bullying in our own environments and maybe prevent other cases from arising around the UK.:A:j

Its 1am in the morning and I am feeling very angry and stressed.
I got another job but this afternoon new employer called to say my job offer has been withdrawn. Apparently my previous manager called him to ask favour of not offering me job. A powerful manager wants to crush you till you die and whole company, best team of solicitors, potential employers are in hand and you have nothing to defend yourself. What will you do?
    WHERE IS JUSTICE HERE?
