Was looking for this for our garage roof to fix it from leaks....turns out it costs a fortune and couldn't find it for much less than £50 delivered.
Stumbled across this site and they had them for £26.25 ex VAT per 5 kg tin. With delivery etc works out at £41.04 for a tin. Ordered 3 and got them for £104.04 delivered. :-)
