Cheap low calorie recipes

Loving the cheap recipes like "sainsburys £20", but does anyone have any cheap low calorie recipes mainly for 2, dont mind cooking for 4 and freezing.

    There are lots of recipes in the Weightloss thread for you to choose from :) I'll merge this later to keep ideas togetrher.

    Debt-free and Proud!
    One of my favourites is vegetarian chili - scrummy and easily works out at less around £1 a serving, nearly fat free if you leave off the cheese and use very little oil on the veg. I bulk it out with lots of beans (5 tins for £2 at Sainsbury at the moment) so its high in protein too.
