Grr...just spent ages on hold to jobcentreplus again (:mad:0845 number) only to be told the job has been suspended My phone bill this month was £10 higher than usual, Im sure its all these calls to that number. Why don't they just display the contact details for the jobs on the web?

hi, mornin' all...taken a day orf today...dentist with S&H this morning..all's well, still got my own hair...and my own teeth....

however, S&H needs the whole day off, besides his school going on a local minibus trip before I can get him back..., he's stiff with a cold...got it off his Mum...who got hers off DD, who buys the stuff in a bottle...I suppose it's my turn next..very pleasant, just in time for half-term [and a weeks holiday for me]...I hate being ill when I can't take a day off sick!


still gotta job, ho-hum...

Worked it out...even if I were to be made redundant [unlikely, but cuts are treasury-led, and they're only interested in ticking boxes]..it would take the Ministry around 5 years to implement any changes..by that time, the economy will be different, and we will have yet another government....with an entirely new agenda....so it will all be 'about turn'...

what's happened to this quarter's leccy bills?

:rotfl:they are, but they are great for cheap food. You have to know your prices though, something Ive become rather good at on my budget

Listen, wishing you all the luck with the BR. I went BR August 2009 and felt just like you did, but I promise it does get easier with time and you come to terms with it.

Well Im not great at fried brekkies but how does a slice of chocolate cake sound?
