large cuppa tea, and 3 small slices of cheapo bread [had to buy it as next-door neighbour caught me snaffling the bread they put out for the birds...]


all covered in nice cheapo Tesco Ardennes pate.......

Hi If, I had some couscous with a bit of leftover chicken, some tomatoes and a good dollop of spices and seasoning. Very cheap and healthy and tasted good!!:D:D The coffee went down very well after it x Hope the crisps were good
