Conf...I take it that cream tea complies with current euro legislation regarding the content and efficacy?

That cream looks suspiciously like squirty cream [ a favourite of my old cat, now ex's old cat]....rather than genuine , less-fattening west country clotted cream...which of course, it should be?

question for DI, or DD...

If renting, then petitioning BR, if the OR has sight of the tenancy agreement...can they confirm payment of rent by simply checking bank statements? [ie online or directly asking bank?]

What I'm trying to discover is when, or not, the OR will contact a letting agent or LL [to confirm no arrears?]
