Just spotted this Angie. If you weren't up to the job you wouldn't have been offered it, so no more of that sort of comment, please:D It will take you a bit of time to get used to being back on the 9 to 5 trail again but you'll slip back into it really easily and after a couple of weeks I'm sure you'll be wondering what on earth you were worried about.

You'll do brilliantly, I'm sure:T:T

Morning all, has everyone got this gorgeous weather?



Just walked our dog round the field, he can't quite manage 2 laps cos of his arthritis but he gives it a good go! Its lovely here today

Ahhh Spoony, thank you :A I know Im a wally for worrying so much! I've had too much time on my hands and feel a bit out of the loop with it all

But you are right, I spent a day at their assessment centre and had an interview, and there were 11 other candidates for the role, so yes I did something right

Read in the paper we are in for a 2 week heatwave from Sat !!! Thats great but the garden needs some rain, I can't remember the last time we had any here down sarf !!!

Hey Phil, how are the family? I'd gladly swap weather with you now if it meant I could get some sleep. I'm in mid-life meltdown, that is 1 stage up from mid-life crisis :rotfl::rotfl:. But you know what I am actually ok, so many are in worse situations so I've a lot to be thankful for:o.

family's ok little man getting bigger each day...he's a little poorly again though for now full of a cold & new teeth not helping off to the doc later with him
