    I think that I should just go to bed!
    and i must remember to turn the heating off, not like last night waking up at daft ok in a room hotter then HELL its self

    better but i've not moved off the sofa

    i ate a large meal today - i had a whole mars bar ice cream :D

    but that is all i've eaten!
