    No not seen my Dr yet If, trying to avoid going down the route of drugs/medication - again. Oh when will I be me again? Life goes on I stay stuck in a whirlpool, just sooooooo frustrated with everything in my life! My job's beginning to suck big time, my flat was flooded by upstairs, tainted forever by br, I'm a sad single & 2 bff's migrate in 3 and 4 months time. Can it get any worse :(.

    I can understand your reluctance but sometimes you have to get help you know, without sleep your mind just goes into overtime and everything seems overwhelming. Just go for a chat, is your Doctor nice/friendly??
