    morning everyone, just popped in to say hi before heading off for work - I had planned to go swimming this morning, but have really achey arms from yesterday (did a bit of gardening) so I've decided against!

    Morning all - I have a fun morning in store trawling the charity shops for something suitable to make a high priests costume out of for my son for Friday - what a joy!!

    Will pop back later for a cuppa and a slice of cake though
