I think I'll be damp dusting for some time yet too! They can't tell me how long for the Inspector, they are waiting for confirmation themselves. Its all out of my hands, we don't own this house anymore, we now rent it from a Housing assoc, so Im out of the loop really. C'est la vie :)
At least you dont have to foot the bill then. We are renting too, and although would of loved to have something to pass on, going thru BR has been much easier knowing our home safe at least. Any home maintenance probs are so easily solved when you have a local authority landlord! :j

    Afternoon all!
toddler swimming lesson done - check
cuppa at friends house (who owns the pool we have a lesson in!) - check
    lunch for toddler - check
sleeping toddler - not yet, but dont think it will be long!

I slept like a flamin' log last night - took myself off at 9.30 to read, and out for the count by 9.45 apparently!

How lovely, a friend with a pool, a sleeping toddler AND an early night, you truly are blessed! :D

Stress not that bad, an excuse really, just wake in the middle of night worrying about OR interview, know it will be fine, but in the darkness...!

Thanks for congrats, it is good really, must remind myself 3.5st is so much, but I still have another 1.5st to lose and really want it off, its so easy to be distracted with 'LIFE' and nibble biscuits and offers at supermarket for chocolate are so cheap!!
(Just got sticky fingers eating an orange - Mars bars make no mess!!):rotfl:

HB, I was a nervous wreck before my OR interview, your stress is not an excuse honestly!! You will be ok though, I think when it actually happens you go into automatic mode and before you know it its over. Our OR was fine, very understanding.

How long did that weight loss take? Im a nibbler too, esp with chocolate :o I like you're thinking between a mars bar and an orange :rotfl:

Yep, thats for sure!! We completed on mortgage rescue last October and the HA have done a fair amount of work, new boiler, electrics etc. Nice not to have the worry of it all anymore :)

I know - lovely friend, with massive house, (and 2 more in same road she rents out and no mortgage on any of them!) and a lovely heated indoor swimming pool, with a bar and pool room above it - evidently, I wont be mentioning my forthcoming court attendance!!!

Have been a member for 2 years in April, lost 2.5 st by the October in first year, and had very slowly lost another 1.5st by Christmas 2010, but a large gain over the festive period, and very little willpower soon put paid to that! :o
I have bought lots of BOGOF fruit, Muller light yogs, and jacket pots to see me through this week aiming high :)
Must go now, my boy has vets shortly, it only a routine jab, poor dog is allergic to grass, and has to have monthy injections :(
    Have a great afternoon. xx

Well done HB, you have obviously persevered with it over time, you have lost so much :T, wish I hadn't given up so easily, but I have just been referred to a weight management support group in my local area, so Im hoping that will keep me on the straight and narrow!!

I'll hold fire on the chocolate cake in the Inn this afternoon :D

Hope the vets goes well, monthly injections :( poor boy! Our dog is on daily meds but thats for arthritis and hip dysplasia, a grass allergy must be difficult to manage!

Catch up later, nice chatting to you x
