    Morning all!

Geoff hope you are ok xx

Haven't been on for a bit, 2 poorly boys, both had the flu, back to school today though so able to get some order back into my life!

I am sitting here shaking with anger at the moment, bloody AA, they sent us a renewal for insurance £430 :eek::eek: just for contents. Despite the fact we haven't claimed in the last year it has gone up by £110.

So dh called them and told them nope, we are not renewing and we are going through the Yorkshire Bank - who incidentally have been really good and will let us pay monthly if we want!

Anyways, get a letter this morning out of the blue from the AA, a DEFAULT NOTICE in big letters!! Because I cancelled the DD, well yes, they couldn't get their money that they are not due so sent out a very nasty worded default notice telling us we are in arrears to pay immed, oh and they are charging us £12 for the pleasure!!

DH called them and has requested a statement from them to prove that we do owe this as they say we do, and has told them that they can shove their £12 admin fee.

I am more upset at the fact that sent the notice just like that without a pre warning of why have you cancelled, just assumed we are in the wrong.
This is the 2nd time they have done this to us, last time we were in the right, hope we are this time too!! :D
