Geoff, you can get through this. You need to speak to your Doctor. Its worse late at night, you've had a few drinks, it will seem different in the morning.

gp` wont help, nat been on tablets for years and stopped december. she paranoid. she couyldnt download something on phone last night so i had a look, she went mad saying i dont trust her cos i want to look at the phone, totally unreasonable. i tried to say i just wanted to sort it but talked over me calling me a liar
