I emailed them today as I wanted to see what they would say about delivery and they sent this.
Thank you for your email regarding your recent order.
We have taken a look at your account details and can see that the blouse you have ordered is below the minimum order value of £6, and this means that it will not be sent out to you unless you add something else to this order. We can see that you have added a £5 discount to your order as well. The camel coat you have ordered is due to be dispatched in the middle of March as it is temporarily out of stock, and we do apologise for this delay. If you do not wish to add anything else to your current order, we could delay the delivery of the blouse to include it in the same parcel as the coat. This way you will be able to receive both items without having to purchase anything else. We therefore kindly ask you to confirm as soon as possible how you wish to proceed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thats terrible! Next never send my stuff out together and they only charge one delivery charge no matter how many parcels its split into.0 -

I agree, it is really bad customer service! The "tone" of the email was awful too. I have never heard of a company penalising a customer like this before... TERRIBLE :eek:
Simmysim When you reply to them state that both items were purchased at the same time and are under the same order number. Also, what has the fact you used £5 discount got to do with anything? this has put me off shopping with H&M online ..i thought m&co were bad ..i returned something on the 10th january and had to chase up refund payment yesterday
Then they had the cheek to refund me minus £5 as i had used a discount code .. even though i spent another £27 in the same order and kept these items0 -

Well I emailed them about the bad service and both my items turned up today,they told me they will arrive in the middle of March its amazing what a little moan can do.:T:A0
