  • I love reading this thread and finding out what everyone is planning!

    Well its been a tough couple of weeks but I'm ready to start making some real progress.

    1. Now my lovely BF has helped me get on top of housework I'm going to stick to my routines to help keep it all in order.
    2. Make a list of who I need to buy christmas presents/cards for.
    3. List 2 books per day on Amazon/GM.
    4. I've got lots of nearly finished craft projects, so aim to finish one per day so I can decide what would be good for presents or selling.
    5. List 2 items onto e-bay per day.
    6. As my super special BF he is :A has filled my cupboards i'm going to eat proper HM food & take a packed lunch daily.
    7. Use my spend diary and aim to buy only a packet of tobacco this week !:rolleyes:
    8. Post back my Car Insurance documents.
    9. Submit my Tax Return on line if I finally get the access codes :mad:
    10. Make that call to Argos about my non-existant bills.
    11. Start going to at least 3 AA meetings and spend a little bit of time per day working the steps and feeling good.:T Active not passive!

    I'm back at work this week :(

    Goals include:
    1) Spend less on breakfast and lunch
    2) Try and sell my two old mobile phones. A lad in the office is interested in one so will chase him up

    Thats it for me!

  • This is my first time at posting challenges for a coming week.

    I am going to;

    Keep spending to a maximum of £30
    List a minimum of 15 CDs on amazon/ebay

    Not much I know, but it is a start.

  • My goals for this week are:

    Spend less than £50 on shopping - havent done a shop for 2 weeks so need to get lots in

    Earn at least £100 on AQA by Sunday

    Prepare for a job interview on the 20th - i anticpate lots of hard questions but at least no presentation to do!

    Pay all my bills for the month :(

    Clean flat thoroughly so no time to go out

    Spend Boots vouchers (£30!!) earned through Pigsback on remaining Christmas presents and not pick up ANYTHING for myself

    Rejig my budget and re-work how best to pay off my debts!

    OK, I haven't done this for a while so it's about time I set myself a weekly challenge. Here goes, this week I will:

    1. List a further 10 items on Amazon
    2. Spend no more than £15 on weekly top-up shop
    3. Increase matched betting profit to £200
    4. Have at least 3 no spend days
    5. Apply for a 0% BT CC for my First Direct balance

    Think that's about it- good luck everyone!

    Last Week...
    1. Stick to Moozie's challengeYes :D By miles!
    2. Work on surveys / quidco for extra cash Yes, two from Juicy Brains this week, one from Marketplace. Quidco, sorted mobile contract out - tracked at a ridiculous amount but we'll see!
    3. Clear Debenhams card (£30) for the Mega Days next week Yes, did this Thursday, so hopefully it'll clear in time!
    4. Tidy bedroom Nope, it's still a tip, not had time
    5. Finish coursework Oops :o


    This Week...
    1. COURSEWORK
    2. Figure out where to move / how to pay off Egg - the interest stinks!
    3. Finish getting Xmas presents for family

    Hi everyone

    Time I started this again :o

    Goals for the coming week:
    1. Earn at least £200 from AQA to put towards my overdraft
    2. Win at least 1 prize to use as a Christmas present
    3. List at least 5 items on Ebay on Tuesday night
    4. Count up all my spare change and put it in the bank

    This week I am aiming on:

    (1)Have to complete my 1st essay by Thursday and this is after a 2 week extension:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
    (2)Sort DD's underbed storage-bought 4 boxes but need to work out the best way to sort her stuff to make it easiet to locate her items.
    (3)Freecyle wardrobe and Ottaman.
    (4)Sort Ebay items being sold tomorrow and list another 15 items.
