Well we are here at the hotel for the weekend away my hubby won.
The grounds are fab and the weather gorgeous!
The porter took us to our room and on our way here he said it was a long walk, but would be worth it as it was the best room in the hotel on a day like this.
He was not wrong! When we got here, it was the master suite overlooking the lake, golf course and country park with the only balcony in the hotel.
I has a king sized bed, whirlpool bath, a 3 piece suite, a table and chairs and a desk.
We thought the break was worth £400, but as we have obviously been upgraded, it is worth £1000!!!! :T
Getting ready to go down for dinner now.Husband got a letter from Vauxhall today.
He didn't open it as soon as he came home from work, so I asked if he was going to open it. He said "Oh it's only junk mail - trying to sell me a car!"
When he opened it, it said he had won a 2 night break at Ashdown Park and Country Club in Sussex. It looks lovely.
