These are lovely pans. If you have a Boyes store nearby you can often buy the three individually a little cheaper. I've had mine for about a year and they're still in lovely condition.

They're not non stick though, are they? Yet it says 'easy to clean.' How can this be if they aren't non stick?

I find them a lot easier to clean than non stick. I accidentally burnt rice in my big pan - it was absolutely black but I soaked it overnight with half a dishwasher tablet and it turned out fine. I find the coating on non stick pans wears out after a while, this doesn't happen with stainless steel ones. I thought the same as you before I bought these pans, now I'd never go back to non-stick :)

Although these pans are non stick as a previous poster stated they only need to be soaked and they come back as good as new. I have bought non stick pans in the past and they are always getting scratched, even the expensive ones and that is with me using plastic topped utensils.
