The code KISSES does not work and there is another on their web page LUV499 but this doesn't work either.
I have sent them an e mail to ask why, as they were sent to me via their e mail but have not heard anything yet.
If anybody has used the codes and they work, please tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks.

I had an email as well and it isn't working for me. Maybe M&S are trying to tell me something!!

The LUV499 code won't work for me (despite still being on the Home Page). After much messing around, I've placed the order & have emailed their Customer Support & asked for the discount to be given to me retrospectively, as the site isn't working.

I'll post if I get a response.

I sent a polite email to Customer Services, pasting in the bit from the screen where it said luv499 is not a valid Voucher Code.

I received a prompt answer this morning & they've credited the cash to my account - okay, not quite as good as getting the money off to start with but at least it can go towards another purchase.

Hope that helps anyone else who's had the same problem.
