Some people have waited 3 weeks and over to get their money back. I made 3 orders over a week ago and have not received any one of them.

Mine arrived last week, so just under a week from order to delivery, really happy with the boots, but many people say that Uggs come up big, I got my daughter a 5.5 and she is wearing 4.5 school shoes, but they need to go back as very small, mine were perfect - really strange. But lovely boots and a great find, thanks OP xx:DJanuary 2012 Debenhams Goodie Bag and Conor Maynard Tickets (= happy teenage daughter!).
Thanks to all who post, and GL to all who try!!0 -
Sorry if this is stating the obvious ! But I got a pair of Ugg Delaines and a pair of Ugg Cardi (Black/Gold) Boots from ebay for approx £50 each. The Delaines are really comfy and they are definitely genuine, as are the Cardi. Does no-one ever try ebay ? There are loads on there at the mo. I find that most are genuine.0

I wasn't sure what you meant, but lady in Schuh recently told me that Uggs all come in half sizes now.geordiebunny wrote: »Was talking to a lady in our local retailor and she said they are not half sizes but that is often how you can tell they are genuine as they show as a .5 in the size conversion. Apparently they are just a little over a standard size eg a couple of mm0 -

I think most people would rather buy from an UGG authorised dealer to make sure they are 100% genuine. Some UGGs on EBay are not genuine and there has been a lot of problems with people getting returns etc. Infact EBay has started a thread concerning counterfit UGGs on the help boards. Also, I was under the impression genuine UGG manufacturers are not supposed to sell on EBay (but it could have changed?!) ......

I sometimes wonder if these scare stories are circulated by UGG retailers to protect their sky-high prices. There have a been a lot of UGG bargains around recently and a lot of ebayers are MSE punters who are selling these bargains.
Mine were bought on ebay from someone who'd got them from the January Kurt Geiger sale for £35 and sold them for £60. Fair enough - we were both happy. A lot of my friends have also bought from ebay and had no problems. I think it is easy to tell a fake as they have no holographic sticker etc. Will have a look at the thread though - thanks.0 -
