Was that on shoes listed on the offer page? If so I'd maybe drop them an email, it is only on the shoes on the offer page so if you picked one's not on the page it won't work, I think quite a few people got ugg's and stuff seperate threads were posted. Probably a lot of stuff out of stock.

I've used them several times with no problems, as have other's on here so nothing to worry about for you this time worriedmum46;)

I won a Now Magazine competition and had a £420 voucher and they are good. You have to pay to return if they dont fit and they can take a while to show the return - however, if you get a proof of postage and email a picture of this to them then they will speed up the return process.
Great shoes and boots though and always have promo's on!!
