Can anyone help? i'm looking at how to get on the old style cooking boards but not sure where to start. I've read a lot about them and thought i would give it a try. We're on a tight budget at the moment and cutting our shopping bill would be a great saving. Would be grateful if any one could help, thanks.

The posters there are very helpful at advising on reducing grocery bills etc.
On the monthly grocery challenge February 2011 Grocery Challenge post #2 might be a good starting point for the links etc it contains.
