Access NI .... Confused :-S

Think I was getting it confused with "security clearance to CTC level" which is another thing which lasts x years regardless of job (and that only employers can request) Darn! that would of been valuable to get.

Security and counter terrorist clearance is a totally different thing altogether, access NI is for anyone working with or having access to children or vulnerable adults whilst doing there job or where an employer may wish to screen out say a former bank robber from applying to a bank tellers position etc. SC+CTC will apply to PSNI, MoD staff and any other position where access to sensitive material will/could be part of the day to day job.
