Just called Choices UK as its been a week and my order has not been dispatched.

Was told that they had an internal computer error, and a lot of peoples copy of the DVD had been automatically cancelled. They also no longer have any of the DVD left in stock.

Very Disappointing.

Cotacted choicesuk.com this is the e-mail Igot back from them:

We are sorry to inform you that there has been a technical problem with your recent order. Due to this problem, your order was not successfully captured by our fulfilment system and despite our best efforts, we are unable to recover your order. Your order will therefore not be despatched to you. We would like to stress that your credit card has not been charged .
This problem has now been resolved and contingency put in place to prevent a similar problem occurring in the future. Unfortunately we will need you to place your order again. You can do this either online or by calling our Customer Service Team on 0870 400 3838 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 9pm or Saturday/Sunday 10am to 4pm.
