No7's Best Wink Facebook Competition
26th January - 15th February 2011

• The No7 Promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, except employees of the Promoter or Facebook, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
• In order to enter the No7 promotion you must access the https://www.facebook.com/No7 page from the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
• All winks to be uploaded on the No7 Facebook page.
• The No7 Promotion will start on 26th January and will close 15th February 2011 at 5:00pm.
• To enter the No7's Best Wink Facebook Competition, upload an image or video of your wink.
• No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
• Every week during the competition 9 goodie bags will be given out to 9 randomly selected entrants. Goodie bags will include No7 products up to the value £100. Winners will be drawn on 2nd, 9th and 16th February 2011. Each week winners will be randomly selected from entries received between Wednesday 9:00am in the previous week and Wednesday 8:59am of the week of the draw, except for the final week when the entry period closes with the overall competition at 5:00pm on Tuesday 15th February. The weekly winners will be announced on the No7 Facebook wall.
• The prize draw winners will be contacted within a week of winning to obtain their addresses. Prizes will be sent within 2 weeks of receipt of winner's address.
• Following the closure of entries to the competition on 15th February at 5:00pm, a judging panel of three judges will select the winner of No7's Best Wink Facebook Competition.
• The competition winner will be contacted on the afternoon of 18th February 2011 and confirm their acceptance by 9am on 21st February 2011. Should the winner not be able to respond to the Promoter's notice of their win by 9am on 21st February 2011, a new winner will be selected and notified. The new winner will be required to respond to the Promoter's notice by 5pm on 22nd February.
• The winner will be announced by 25th February 2011.
• The winner of the No7's Best Wink Facebook Competition will win a No7 Exquisite Makeover Weekend in London for themselves and a guest of the winner's choice.
• The No7 Exquisite Makeover Weekend will include the following: travel to London (for two), hotel accommodation (twin room) at a hotel specified by the Promoter, London shopping spree (£100 Boots vouchers, £400 cash), a makeover with Lisa Eldridge (for two), Saturday dinner and wine at a quality restaurant specified by the Promoter (for two), Sunday afternoon tea (for two), 60min treatment at the Savoy Wellness centre (for two).
• The prize must be taken between March and August 2011 excluding bank holidays and the following dates: 1st - 4th April. The exact dates of the Exquisite Makeover Weekend will be arranged depending on the availability of both the winner and Lisa Eldridge.
• The promoter will cover competition winners travel costs up to £260 from a UK or Republic of Ireland address.
• Each entrant may only enter each No7 Promotion once.
• Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
• The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
• All prizes are subject to availability and may be subject to change.
• The decision of the Promoter in relation to the No7 Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• All entries will become the property of the Promoter. In consideration of the right to enter the No7 competition, each entrant automatically grants to the Promoter an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide licence for the full period of copyright to use, reproduce, alter, adapt or sub-licence their entry in any media in perpetuity.
• The Terms of use of the Facebook website also apply to entries in relation to this Promotion. You can find these Terms here http://www.facebook.com/terms.php Anyone found to be breaching the Facebook Terms during the No7 Promotion will automatically be disqualified from the Promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify or withdraw the prize of any entrant found to be tampering with the voting process for the No7 Competition or the operation of the No7 site, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• The winners' details (name and county) and the names of the judges will be made available on request to those writing to The Grand Union; Moray House, 23-31 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 7PA within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing an SAE. Each entrant consents to the use of their personal details in accordance with this clause.
• Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the No7 Promotion.
• By entering the No7 Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any point during the Promotion if circumstances outside our control make this unavoidable. Any amendments will be explained at the top of these Terms and Conditions.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
