Twitter win - but help needed please...

Thanks to charliebobs I have had a message on Twitter telling me I've won a silver heart charm from here.....

THey;ve asked me to DM my details but they aren;t following me so I can;t DM them.... I've tried posting a couple of tweets to them asking them to follow me - I've also linked to their website and sent them a message from there but heard nothing.... does anyone have any other ideas how I can contact them?????
