    That's what i would do.

    Pay the minimum to all the debts and throw whatever's left at Vanquis, Cap1 then Aqua. After clearing these 3 i would try to restart normal payment to Barclaycard. Close down those 3 accounts (i don't think they would offer any balance transfer deals for existing customer) and when you have had a 6 month stretch where you have had no credit checks, apply for a 0% card - if you do not get it, call them and ask what the problem was. I would not apply for another card for a couple of months after the first rejection.
