Another free feedback site is the Art Council's https://www.youwriteon.com. You get feedback by giving it to others, and the highest rated stuff on there gets professional feedback from people at Orion and Random House.0

Some years ago Jonathan Cape published a title called "The Book Book", not sure if it is still available but it offered lots of information regarding how to go about getting a book published.0
