Amazon help: UNWANTED CD-ROM, HOW DO I RETURN?

i recently bought a Driving test success: All tests (new edition) from https://www.amazon.co.uk and i thought i would be getting 1200 question when i play it, but unfortunately i only get up to 50 in total and i want to return it, problem is that im not very good with amazon and this is the 1st time ive used it, the dvd arrived from https://www.dvd.co.uk (it says brussels airport, belgium on the top)

This was from the new & used dvds on amazon and i was charged 3.54 for the dvd and 3.23 for the postage, can anyone help me out please...


How do i return it? Do i pay for the p&p because i cant seem to find a pre-paid sticker and will they refund me my total including my 3.23 p&p or will they only refund me the price of the dvd?

Who do i get in contact with? https://www.dvd.co.uk or amazon?

As its software and been opened an used you cant return it unfortunately

It sounds as if you bought it from an Amazon marketplace third party seller rather than from Amazon itself. Each seller would have their own terms for returning so you could try contacting dvd.co.uk and plead to them to refund you. You would have to pay return postage though but will hopefully get a full refund for the cost and postage and packing when they sent it to you. If not, try selling it on yourself on amazon or E bay

How do I return unwanted items

A. To return your item:

Make sure your item is unopened with any seals or shrink-wrap still intact
Package it up securely and include details of your order including the order reference number and your postcode.
Let us know that you are returning the item as "unwanted"

It looks like it's been mis-sold. The item on Amazon does state 1,200 questions, so if they're not present, it's the sellers responsibility (including all postage charges). It's a lot of hassle for £7 though...
