  • I have used the coopelectricalshop.co.uk for a couple of items (fridge freezer & washing machine). In both cases the delivery was within days of the order and very punctual (with free delivery). Very impressed!

Hi, I have also used CoopElectricShop and found them OK, mostly I use Currys/Dixons as their prices are usually good and you get free delivery even on Saturdays and Sundays. Some people complain about their customer service but I have never had cause to complain.

make sure u read the returns policy of these websites. i bought bosch microwave from electrical discounts.co.uk. the product was sent on time. but we realized we had bought the wrong item. we did open the package and on calling to return the item they tried to charge me a restocking fee of 20%! this is against the distance selling regulations 2006. it was a hassle trying to sort it out but eventually i got all monies returned. so please be careful
    hope this helps
    regards

(all sorted with a little help from my money saving expert friends!)
