Tiscali account outstanding

Here is a weird one for you.

In my old house I had Tiscali Tv/Phone/Broadband installed. When the guy set it all up, I noticed the name on the box said Peter, and when bills came through they were addressed to Peter, despite the money coming out of the bank account in my name (not peter).

When I moved and tried to cancel, they kept telling me I couldn't as I wasn't Peter. So in the end, after 20 emails back and forth where they would just repeat the same 3 emails. I gave them 7 days notice to collect the equipment or it'll be dumped, and if they have any problems, to go and try and find Peter.

I've checked my Credit Rating with Call Credit Check or Credit Call Check, whatever it is called, and noticed that the account with Tiscali doesn't appear to show up at all. Is there any likelyhood of ever hearing from them again, as due to their error the account I had with them, was never actually in my name.
