resolvecall and Egg card

as some of you will know im managing my own debt management plan,I had problems with Egg before xmas, who wd only take a monthly sum if it went through payplan. As it was so near xmas, I tried and tried to get thru but couldnt, and my egg acc was passed over to resolve call? ltd in Glasgow. Someone has called twice as obviously my acc is in arrears, last time was 2 days ago, and I was away for the day on a course. I rang them this morning, to be told that my acc has been passed back to Egg!!Has anyone had a similar experience as this seems bizarre?Will my acc go to debt collection now? any advice or thoughts please. thankyou:o:cool::money:
