Did not work for me using Chrome, but worked fine using IE8! ;0)

I had probs with using a form filler, had to go and edit all the fields before they would go green and the enter button come up. Using FF

I was using Chrome before and it has gone through OK using Firefox.

I clicked to view the t&c's and the enter button appeared.

For the submit button: click the bar at the bottom which says 'fill out all required fields to enter' and it changes to an 'enter' which you can then click to submit. :T
