ccj / disposable income

Hi all
Any advice very much appreciated, We did owe 15k to egg which we defaulted on, the debt was passed to direct legal which we now pay evey month without fail and now owe 11k.
I have a disposable income of £220.00 and pay DLC £189 a month, they are sniffing for more however the wifes hours have been cut at work and i want to actually reduce my payment to £90.00, if i call their bluff and tell them to whistle and get a ccj, based on a disposable income of £220.00 do people think the court will accept £90.00 per month?
