Your right there is no way I would pay £240 for a set of pans unless they were gold plated.:rotfl:

For £240 I'd want them to do the cooking for me.....and wash themselves!
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

well they say dishwasher proof on the tesco website, but on the box they came in, it says they are not dishwasher proof so wasnt too happy about that as i had just bought myself my first dishwasher.

  • I bought these pans last week instore and they are fabulous, very good quality. The box does not say that they are not suitable for the dishwasher, on the contrary, it states they are suitable, but they advise hand washing for longer life. Mine have already been in the dishwasher and have come out fine, they have a lifetime guarantee so if I see any defects from putting them in the dishwasher, I'll just get them replaced for free

    I have a circulon infinite pan - paid £50 for 1 pan !

I'm sure the box said dishwasher safe (as well as metal utensil safe) - BUT no matter how much I have burnt stuff in it, it has never needed the dishwasher. I make a point of not using metal utensils in ANY non-stick, just in case.

Great pans, especially with induction hobs.

The pans may well be dishwasher proof, but I would think putting them in a dishwasher will eventually spoil the look of the handles. I have some black-handled cutlery which has lots its colour through being washed in the dishwasher.

I picked these up for £85 at Debenhams in the sales. They are a fantastic pan but my instructions do say they arent dishwasher safe but to be honest they clean up very easily even with my bad cooking.
