Asda Home Delivery Customer Service

I received my big monthly Asda home delivery shop on Monday. After checking through it I realised that all my freezer stuff and some other stuff was missing. Now this has happened before and Ive never had a problem ringing them up and getting it refunded. Well I rang on Monday and was informed via message they were now using a new FREE phone number. SoI called it, got put straight onto call waiting and have remained on this ever since ( I waited 40 mins the first time and have continued to call since then) Nobdy will pick up the call so Im starting to get frustrated now with them. Ive emailled twice through my account and first one I requested a phone call from someone and tonight Ive requested an email. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem with the customer service line recently?

  • I phoned the free phone number on Friday evening when items were missing from my delivery and my call was answered after about 5 minutes

    Call your local store or whichever the delivery came from and ask for the relevant manager - and don't take no for an answer.

  • Finally got through to adsa today and money is being refunded now :j That's £20 better in my pocket than in theirs for items I didn't even receive. Now once thats gone through Ill finally be able to go and restock my freezer with my missing items. :beer:
