Hi
My husband has an Arrangement to Pay on his Egg CC. Due to being conned out of a lot of money late 2009 by some cowboy builders (long story!!) he was struggling to make payments. Egg were very good and agreed to freeze interest on the card and accept reduced payments. He has kept to the arrangement but as we are now in a better financial position would like to come off the AP as it is showing on his credit file. Problemis the interest rate is 26.9% !!! How could he go about trying to get a reduced interest and go back to paying the card as normal?
Thanks
