Flame Griddle + Gas Cooker Combi

Options
I am trying to locate a cooking range which will offer dual usage.
One area for standard gas jets, to put pans etc on and the other for flame grilling to give that lovely flame grilled flavour.

In terms of size, ideally it will be stardard for the pans etc to go on and 1/2 the size again for the flame grill area.
a)Does anyone have one, is it any good?
b) Does anyone now where they can be sourced?
C) How much are they?
D) Can anyone recommend a particular model?

Don't want much do I??
Thanks

Don't know what your budget is, but, from memory, I can tell you that branches of John Lewis (with their price-match promise) have a good range ('scuse the pun).

The ones that caught my eye were the Smeg range. And my father-in-law - who is in the catering business - tells me thay are very good (despite their name!)

John Lewis are also well known for their price-matching and 'free returns policy (if you buy on-line).

"Earn 2.5% rebate on electrical, furniture, gifts, textiles and toys/nursery and 1% rebate on Audio/TV/Tech and other departments"

You can get rebates via Rpoints if you go to John Lewis via my referral link here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=30729.
  • Thanks for the information I'll check out Lewis's as you suggest. Budgets about £1000 top's
