    Hello everyone!
I work at the Daily Mirror and I helped put together this offer. Don't worry about your orders - everything is on track.
We had an amazing response to this promotion - we're giving away over 1.5 million books! They are due to be delivered to you twelve weeks from the closing date, as you can imagine it takes a long time to make all those books. You should receive your books in June, and we won't cash your cheque until we send you your books.
Normally we don't offer this many different books, so we can make them up front and get them out to readers within 28 days, but with 150 different books to choose from it's much more complicated.
Glad you all liked the offer, we are so happy with how many books we've been able to give away.
P.S. In case you are interested (I found it quite surprising), the most popular book was 'Don't Worry Henry Puppy' and the most popular fairytale was 'The Magic Porridge Pot'.

I think the worry for most of us is that the blurb said "allow 12 weeks for delivery" - to me that means... UP TO twelve weeks. Twelve weeks MAXIMUM. We are now into the thirteenth week and no-one has had theirs.

I fully accept demand has exceeded what they expected (though seriously, did they not expect a big uptake?! - Free children's books from a national newspaper?!) but for NO ONE at all to have received theirs within the time THEY stipulated is a bit worrying.

Anyhow, I shall just bide my time until the end of June having seen their above website message ...

It would just be nice for SOMEONE to say they had theirs ...
