depends what he earns I would think? if he is on 15k , has your child to stay 104 nights, and has other children 80 quid could be right.
I don't think the csa can claim arrears back? However haven't had any dealings with them?
As for how he should pay, clearly it ought to be going into your account, simple

He will need to pay CSA until your daughter reachs 19 years of age and this may become 20 soon
It will be one hell of a wake up call to the tight git I pay over £300 a month for my son
He wants to wake up and smell the roses so please ring the CSA today and start a new claim0 -
Has he always given you cash of £20 a week. If so, frighten the life out of him and tell him there's no proof that he's ever given you anything and you'll get the CSA to chase for the last 5 years arrears, see if that gets him to
cough up £75.
That would be fraud :shocked:Teacher 1+2 = 3
CSA 1+2 = 30,0000 -

there was another NRP posting a similar question from the opposite viewpoint, but child was 13, it sounded very similar.

Too right he did
he was an !!!! clearly trying to avoid his commitment though! I think this is a bit unclear as to why he pays so little, if because he is a tight !!!!, then advice might be harsher i guess.
Still don't think advising fraud is a great idea though, might feel right (!), but best to always play the morally correct card imo.0
