Well before they get you to go on a work placement- to gain work expierence, in my case work in a warehouse-I've 20 years expiernce working in a warehouse, officially ran 1 unofficially ran 2 previous.

You try to get on a computer (that still uses "floppy disks" :eek:)
there's about 30 - 40 people in a room about 9 computers,
maybe 3 computers work:mad:

You are ment to apply for minimum 4 jobs a day, you're lucky if you can apply for 2 jobs a week

If you have seen the film "the Full Monty"
where they are sat round a table playing cards, thats what we ended up doing (not the stripping:eek:)

From what I heard gathered:cool: it cost £400 a week to send me there
If I got a job they would get £17,000 - I might get £50 of that


I am bitter, battered and bruised
but not beaten

Fermi, with your clever little ferret faced nose, have a look for a company called B.E.S.T. ltd and see what you find;)

That's the spirit, don't let 'em get to you.

That kind of thing makes me so mad:mad:, "fiddling" the unemployment figures and messing with people's lives.
